Indonesian Palm & Coconut Sugar
Indonesian palm sugar and coconut sugar are two natural sweeteners used in Indonesian cooking. Palm sugar is made from palm tree sap boiled into blocks or granules, adding a caramel flavor to dishes like klepon and sauces. It’s healthy, with potassium and iron. Coconut sugar comes from coconut palm sap heated into syrup, then sugar. It’s mildly caramel with a hint of coconut, used in pancakes and stews like rendang. It’s eco-friendly, with a low glycemic index and some vitamins and minerals.

Our tea leaves comes from a certified organic tea plantation. It’s located in the mountainous area in the West Java Province, Indonesia.
The cool weather, high annual rainfall and mineral rich soil presents the perfect trifecta for tea plantation producing quality tea.
GLIMPSE
Tea by nature is clean and pure. It absorbs rain and dew in high mountains and puts out green leaves. It blossoms gorgeously in the glow of morning and evening and takes root in the mountains. In ancient times, people thought that tea should never be transplanted, and as a result, they praised tea for its great tenacity.
The young shoots are carefully crafted by the tea master into little morsels of tea, ready to bloom at the first touch of water.
